I offer 3 gateways. Each gateway can last for 1 month or
longer depending on how many times a week you do the exercises. If
you find the time to do 3 sessions a week you will cover the
exercises in each gateway in 4 or 5 weeks.

Changing the habitual patterns of most peoples sexuality can
take time. By doing a series of easy but profound exercises, you will find old
patterns drop away as you will feel in your body new openings and
deepening experiences.

relevant exercises to do alone or with your partner each month.
